You grant Endrex a license to use and process that instance to provide the Service and for our business, including sharing or licensing it with others. The Service may generate the same or similar results for other users.

We may control the defense of any such matter, at your expense, and you will cooperate.
Service Fees: Access to certain features may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all charges associated with your chosen access level at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDREX AND THOSE WE WORK WITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM CONTENT SUBMITTED BY YOU OR OTHERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS (US $10) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
